February 2006 - Well It has been a busy Month, We have had the varnish redone on Sea Gnome, We striped all the Cetol, and went back with 8 Coats of varnish ( we didn't Pedro did it) and he has started to sand the brush marks on the paint. We plan to go with off white on white and sand for the non skid. Richard had to pull off working on the wiring to finish my mothers house.
So we are currently packing to go race in the Heineken Regatta in St Martin. We hope to meet up with Iain, another Peterson Owner , who is to be the helmsman on a J30. We will be on a boat out of BVI yacht Charters with our skippers Mark Duranty and Phil Otis.
When we get back the plan is to finish the boat so we can start using it. I will post pictures and links to the race later.
WE are all packed and heading out the door. This has been another busy month. We did decide to have Pedro Start on the Paint on Sea Gnome. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. theya re calling ofr rain in southern California
