2nd leg of the trip Ensenada to Cabo Feb 16th 2008 Crew of Luigi, Johnny Z and Ricardo They departed Ensenada on Saturday February 16th and 10:50 am (can't leave on a Friday it is bad luck) About 1 hour out side of Ensenada the first indications of auto pilot failure appear. The rudder indicator has quit so Richard and Louie did the first band aid repair of the auto pilot. At this point they are starting to hear wood damage under the aft bunk. Being the troopers they are instead of turning back to Ensenada , like may would have, they forge ahead, there is a schedule to be kept. Below are photo's of the trials and tribulations of Sea Gnome voyage down the Baja coast Johnny Z Luigi

Arrival in Cabo San Lucas Mexico and the beginning of the 3rd Leg Feb 26th 2008 Crew # 3 Elizabeth, Toni, Luigi, Johnny Z The Crew arrived in Cabo noon ish and tired. Louie thought it would be funny to throw Richard's cigarettes overboard, in one of his fits of tossing things overboard boy did her regret that. So they got the boat in took on 180 liters of fuel 150.00 worth of provisions purchased in La paz and then another 100.00 worth of provision prior to leaving Cabo. Once we anchored they guys did laundry, Richard packed, he had to catch a plane the next day to Oakland for work. Overall the boat preformed GREAT. The break down and delays were caused by others. As know the Auto pilot was out big issue
